Cancellation policy:
Reservations can be canceled free of charge until 30 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
Payment of reservation deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. 50% of the total amount must be paid until 30 days before the arrival (or within 1 day if the arrival is in the following 30 days). The rest should be paid upon arrival.
If you are making a bank transfer, please indicate the guest's name and the unique reservation number in the comment box.
In case of early departure or cancellation on the spot, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
If the deposit has not been received to our bank account until the deadline, we will we consider as a cancellation, and we will cancel the reservation.
The Silver Major reserves the right to change the prices. The prices are valid until recalled!
